2. Acceptance

By accessing this website or buying our products, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy the products.

3. Products

BRSCreative builds and sells digital products: info products (courses, programs and digital content), info apps (apps with content and guided programs) and SaaS (online software by subscription). Access is online. The features, price and billing type of each product are shown before purchase.

4. Purchase and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, using the payment methods available at checkout. BRSCreative does not receive or store card details. One-time products are charged once. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, for the period chosen, and renew automatically until the customer cancels.

5. Access and license

Your purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the product. You may not share your login credentials, resell, copy, distribute or make the content or software available to third parties without written authorization.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the products lawfully and not to attempt to breach the security, operation or usage limits of the apps and systems. BRSCreative may suspend access in case of misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

7. Nature of the content and no guarantee of results

Our products are informational and for general use. Results from using the products vary from person to person, and BRSCreative does not guarantee any specific outcome, financial or otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

BRSCreative's content, trademarks, text, videos, code, layouts and other materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without authorization.

9. Availability

Apps and systems may undergo maintenance, updates or temporary instability, including due to failures of third-party services. We work to restore access as quickly as possible.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to consumer rights, BRSCreative is not liable for the unavailability of third-party services (such as internet, hosting and payment providers) or for indirect losses arising from the use of the products.

These Terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this website, with the date of the last update.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Três Pontas, MG, Brazil, are chosen as the forum, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the courts of their place of residence.

This Policy explains how BRSCreative handles personal data, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD").

3. Data we collect

• Account and contact data: name, email, phone number (when provided) and country.
• Purchase data: product purchased, amount, date and payment status.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. BRSCreative does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Access and usage data: technical information, such as IP address, device and access logs, needed for security and for the products to work.
• Support data: messages and information you send us when asking for help.

This corporate website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The products may use strictly necessary cookies, such as a login session cookie. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve sending your IP address to Google.

4. How we use data

• To process your purchase, release access and keep your subscription active.
• To provide support and send communications related to the product you bought.
• To issue tax documents and comply with legal and accounting obligations.
• To prevent fraud and protect the security of our systems and BRSCreative's rights.

5. Legal bases

We process data based on performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures at the data subject's request, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, legitimate interest (for example, security and fraud prevention) and, where necessary, consent.

We share data only when necessary, with: (a) Stripe, to process payments; (b) hosting, email and tool providers used to operate the products; (c) our accountant and public authorities, when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers, such as Stripe, may process data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided by the LGPD.

8. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request: confirmation and access to your data; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about data sharing; withdrawal of consent; and objection to unlawful processing. 1. One-time purchases (info products)

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, with no need to give a reason.

2. Subscriptions (info apps and SaaS)

• You may cancel at any time, with no penalty. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• The first payment of a subscription can be fully refunded within 7 calendar days of the charge.
• On renewals, the period already started is not refunded, except in case of an incorrect or duplicate charge.

3. How to request

Send an email to contato@brscreative.com with your name, the email used at purchase and the product you bought. We reply within 2 business days.

4. Refund timing and method

When a refund is due, it is issued within 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your statement or account may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you notice a charge you do not recognize or that was made twice, contact support. We will review the case and, once the incorrect charge is confirmed, refund the amount in full.

6. Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us so we can resolve the matter quickly.

7. Consumer rights

This Policy does not limit any rights provided by consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal, where applicable.
